We’re confident in our products and want you to be, too! We encourage you to try Present Perfect for at least 3 weeks to fully experience the benefits of our functional supplements. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days from the order received date. Simply contact us at orders@present-perfect.com, and we’ll assist you.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival, and if there’s any damage or incorrect items, let us know right away at orders@present-perfect.com. We’re here to help make it right.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to our quality control standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products once they’ve left our warehouse, even if unopened. However, we encourage you to share your supplements with friends who might benefit!

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, reach out to us at orders@present-perfect.com.
